Terms for accessing the Sirmint Flow website, CRM workspace and related customer operations services.

1. Acceptance
By accessing Sirmint Flow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Accounts and authorised access
CRM access is limited to authorised users. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, maintaining accurate account details and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
3. Permitted use
Sirmint Flow may be used for lawful customer relationship management, sales, marketing, service, reporting and workflow activities. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or access another organisation’s data.
4. Customer data
Account holders remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions associated with information they enter, import or send through the CRM, including marketing consent.
5. Plans, pricing and implementation
Displayed plans describe standard product scope. Data migration, training, custom integrations, advanced workflows and dedicated support may require a separate written scope and price.
6. Communications
Users must send marketing communications only to eligible recipients and must follow applicable consent, identification and unsubscribe requirements.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, update or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim to communicate material changes where reasonably practical.
8. Intellectual property
Sirmint Flow branding, software, interface designs and original content belong to Sirmint Technology or its licensors. Customer data remains the responsibility of the applicable customer.
9. Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party hosting, authentication, database, email or integration services. Their availability and separate terms may affect those functions.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse or material violation of these terms.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the applicable period.
